Dear Dallas Highway Animal Hospital Family,

Due to the recommendations of both the CDC and government officials, we are attempting to minimize public gatherings and maintain social distance while still providing quality care for your beloved pet.  In order to limit exposure, we are asking that you DO NOT enter the building.

Effective 3/18/2020, our team members will come to your car to serve your needs.  Please call us from your car when you arrive (770-419-8086).  We will bring your pet in for exams and procedures and will also bring any foods or medications to you. We will also have a team member stationed at the door to help you with any paperwork if needed. 

We are offering telephone consultations for certain cases.  During a telephone consultation, one of the doctors will call you to discuss your pet’s problem.  If we are able to make a diagnosis over the phone, we can prescribe medication without physically examining the pet.  The fee for a telephone consultation is $50.  If we are unable to make a diagnosis and still recommend an office exam, the $50 fee will be credited to your account for additional services.
